- If Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above or Rainstorm Warning Signal is still in effect at 3 a.m. on the race day (Sunday, 29 October 2023), or after 5:30 p.m. on 28 October 2023, the Macao Geophysical and Meteorological Bureau predicts a maximum temperature of 38 ° C on the following day, the race may be canceled. Participants are advised to pay close attention to the media and online news.
