To enhance parent-child interaction and pass on the concept of charity sports to children through the holding of kid’s balanced bike charity race;

After deducting the cost, all the profits will be donated to ” Concordia School For Special Education” to provide school resources and care for special education.

Note:
◎ If the number of participants in the age group is less than 6, they will join up with the age group one year younger;
◎ If the number of boys or girls in the age group is less than 6, mixed competition will be held;
◎ The organizer reserves the right to require participants to produce their identity cards, passports and other documents to verify their age.

 

Equipment:
※ Participants must bring their own 12-inch wheel diameter (unlimited brand) balance bike to participate in the race.
※ Balance bike can be modified, but not impede the other competitors.
※ Participants must wear helmets and sport shoes(not sandals or slippers). It is recommended to wear gloves, elbow pads and knee pads.

 

Award                                                                                              

Top 3 in each group will receive awards including a trophy, certificate, and prizes.

All contestants will receive the “Finisher Medal”, the certificate, and the rich finish souvenirs after completing the event.

Competition Schedule                                                                        

All the groups include “Qualifying Heat 1”, “Reborn Race”, “Qualifying Heat 2” and “Final Race”. (*Except Open Class Competition*)

 

10:00                    Participants in all Groups begin to register;

10:15                    Open to 2-year-olds group to practice on the track;
10:25                    2-years-old group registration counter closed;
10:30-12:00          2-years-old group competition and award ceremony.

12:00                   Open to 4-year-olds group to practice on the track;
12:15                   4-years-old group registration counter closed;
12:20-14:00         4-years-old group competition and award ceremony.

14:00                   Open to 5-year-olds group to practice on the track;
14:15                   5-years-old group registration counter closed;
14:20-15:00         5-years-old group competition and award ceremony.

15:30                    Open to 3-year-olds group to practice on the track;
15:45                    3-years-old group registration counter closed;
15:50-16:45          3-years-old group competition and award ceremony.

16:45                   Open class group registration counter closed;
16:45-18:00         Open Class group competition and award ceremony.

18:00                   The End.

 

The process is subject to the final announcement.

Before 17th November 2019, The organizer will announce the list of competitors and the competition procedures.

Special Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions                

²   If the Macao Meteorological and Geophysical Bureau has issued a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 3 or above, after 7:30 a.m. on November 30, 2019. This event will be canceled.

²   The organizer reserves the right to change the event or cancel the race if the weather is bad or the above signal is given during the event.

²   If the participant chooses not to participate in the competition, he/she will be regarded as abstaining.

²   Cancellation due to weather will not be rescheduled and no refund will be made

²   Please pay attention to the announcement of Care Action Macao website, Facebook fans page, and Wechat Offical account.


Appeal Mechanism                                                                                   

²    For any disagreements with the results, an appeal must be lodged within 5 minutes after the completion of the race. The applicant must be the parent or guardian of the participant. 

²   Organizer reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this event.

 


Term & Condition                                                                                       

  1. Parents or guardians must provide valid proof of identity to verify the age of the participant upon registration.
  2. Participants must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is not allowed to enter the course for safety reasons and to ensure fairness.
  3. Parents or guardians must ensure that participants are in good health and physically fit for the event.
  4. If participant have fever, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, severe cough, sensitive skin, inflammation, runny nose, bloody nose, sneezing, blisters or rash on your hands and feet, the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the competition.
  5. By completing the application form, the parent or guardian agrees to the rules and conditions of the competition.
  6. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who provide incorrect information or fail to register in the correct way.
  7. The quota is limited. The organizer reserves the right to close the competition early without notice.
  8. Participants must follow the instructions of the organizer to participate in the competition. If the organizer fails to comply with the instructions or is found to be disorderly, the organizer has the right to ask the participant to immediately suspend the competition and leave the venue.
  9. Participants must register within the specified time. Any absence for any reason will be regarded as an automatic waiver.
  10. Participants are required to bring their own 12-inch wheel diameter, no pedals, balance bike and helmet for the race; The organizer reserves the right to reject participants who do not wear helmets.
  11. The organizer reserves the right to refuse re-admission to any participant who leaves the venue midway through the competition.
  12. If the event is cancelled or suspended due to rain, participants should follow the on-site instructions of the organizer. The organizer will conduct the competition as usual after checking the venue and under appropriate conditions, depending on the actual weather conditions. Participants may decide whether to continue the competition or not.
  13. The results will be announced on the day of the event and prizes will be awarded on the day of the event.
  14. If you find someone injured or unwell in a dangerous situation, you should report to the staff immediately.
  15. The event is a high-risk sport. Accident insurance has been purchased for all participants.
  16. Parents or guardians are willing to take full responsibility for any accident, including injury, death and property damage, etc. Neither the organizer nor the partner shall make any compensation or assume any legal liability.
  17. Please take care of your belongings. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, damage or theft.
  18. No dangerous action is allowed inside the venue.
  19. Participants agree to use photos and videos of the event for publicity purposes.
  20. The event is subject to change without prior notice to the organizer and partners.
  21. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and any foreign language versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
  22. Organizer reserve the right to make the final decision on all matters related to this event.

  3. I am willing to accept and abide by the applicable laws and final decisions of the organizer and the participant.
  4. I agree that my children are willing to bear all the responsibilities for any accident, including casualties and property loss, etc. during the activity. Neither the organizer nor the participants shall be liable for compensation or any legal liability.
  5. I declare that my child is in good physical condition and has sufficient training to complete the competition.
